By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, uploading media files, or using any feature of ScribeStamp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.

2.Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the Service, including managing transcripts and purchasing minute credits, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account credentials.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication password and session cookies.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account credentials.

3.Speech Processing & Microsecond Timestamps

ScribeStamp provides artificial intelligence-assisted audio and video transcription, generating line-level and word-level microsecond timing markers, CapCut-tuned SRT subtitles, and YouTube chapters.

While our AI models achieve state-of-the-art accuracy, automated transcriptions are provided on an "as-is" basis. You acknowledge that audio quality, background noise, accents, and technical terminology may affect transcription fidelity, and ScribeStamp is not liable for errors in AI outputs.

4.Minute Credits, Plans & Non-Expiration Guarantee

Access to speech transcription processing is measured in audio minutes. ScribeStamp operates under the following billing principles:

• Free Tier: New registered accounts receive 30 complimentary transcription minutes.
• Pay-As-You-Go Credit Packs: Purchased minute packs ($5, $20, $50) provide one-time transcription credits.
• Non-Expiration Guarantee: Purchased pay-as-you-go credits never expire and roll over indefinitely.
• Non-Refundable: All purchased credit packs are final and non-refundable once credited to your account.

You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all audio/video files uploaded to ScribeStamp and all generated transcript outputs, SRT files, and timestamps. ScribeStamp claims zero ownership or copyright over your content.

7.Prohibited Uses & Conduct Restrictions

You agree not to upload content or engage in activities that:

• Violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
• Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of third parties.
• Uploads malicious scripts, viruses, Trojan horses, or harmful computer code.
• Attempts to bypass billing meters, reverse engineer AI engines, or launch DDoS attacks against our servers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SCRIBESTAMP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
